This is an opportunity to join a global search firm specialising in identifying and placing top-tier talent for leadership roles across pharmaceutical and financial services sectors across Europe.

Joining as an Associate, you have the opportunity to rotate around several teams within the business and work closely with Seniors and Partners who have decades of combined experience.

The Role:

• Approach and source potential candidates via professional networking platforms
• Guiding candidates through the interview process with negotiation at each stage
• Telephone/meet businesses, looking to develop professional relationships; find new business and generate leads.
• Autonomy over your own projects, with the mentorship from Directors and Seniors.
• Build and develop relationships with new and existing clients & candidates

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 2:1 degree
• Strong communication skills and a passion for building relationships
• A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities
• Goal orientated
• A desire to learn and progress in your career
