Job Summary
The Sales Operations Co‑ordinator provides operational and administrative support to the Head of Sales Operations and the wider Sales team. The role ensures that customer orders are processed accurately, systems data is maintained, and revenue‑critical processes continue uninterrupted. This role is ideal for someone early in their Sales Operations career who is keen to develop commercial, systems, and stakeholder management experience in a fast‑paced environment.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Salesforce & Order Processing
- Generate and process customer order forms in Salesforce (SFDC)
- Ensure pricing, descriptions, approvals and customer details are accurate; issue order packs via DocuSign and track execution
- Maintain accurate order records and support internal handover processes
- Carry out a Salesforce data cleanse project and maintain system hygiene
- Sales Operations Administration
- Assist with tracking new order approvals in a centralised system
- Support renewals, amendments and annual notices
- Maintain Sales Operations documentation and shared drives
- Connectivity & Third‑Party Coordination
- Manage connectivity orders tracker, including raising PRs and POs
- Reporting & Cover
- Support weekly and monthly sales reporting
- Provide operational cover when the Head of Sales Operations is on leave
- Sales Support
- Provide administrative support to Sales Leadership and the wider Sales team
- Support RFI responses, document formatting and presentation
- Cross‑functional Coordination
- Coordinate credit checks with Finance in line with agreed processes
- Liaise with internal teams to support smooth onboarding of new customers
Qualifications
Essential
- Experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Operations or Sales Support
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Excellent attention to detail and process discipline
- Confidence using Microsoft Office, in particular Excel
Desirable
- Exposure to Salesforce or CRM systems
- Experience working with order approvals, pricing or renewals
