VIRTUS Data Centres seeks a VP Talent & Organisational Capability to lead the organisational capability needed for growth and European expansion. You will integrate talent acquisition, development, leadership, and workforce planning into a cohesive capability system. Reporting to the SVP People & Organisation, you will build leadership frameworks, succession plans and change capabilities across multi-site operations in the UK and Europe, with a track record in scaling complex technical.
