The predicted salary is between 31500 - 38500 £ per year.
Hours: Monday to Thursday 8:30 to 17:00 and 8:30 to 14:00 on Friday. After training, the job will be a hybrid of homeworking and Letchworth Office.
To be responsible for ensuring that all internal and external customer inbound calls and emails are responded to in a timely manner and in line with departmental procedures whilst maximising all new enquiries and leads from enquiry through to the accurate processing of sales orders.
Key Responsibilities:
- To answer all incoming calls in a timely manner.
- To ensure that all enquiries and leads are responded to within timescales set out in company procedures.
- To proactively chase and close live enquiries.
- To chase existing enquiries with the aim to win or requote.
- To acknowledge new sales leads within set timescales and to regularly monitor the Sales Inbox.
- To accurately create and process quotations.
- Proactively raising any potential issues to the Head of Sales.
- Accurate use of the CRM system including logging all activities and to ensure that live quotes are converted to sales orders.
- To maintain business acceptable margins.
- To ensure all sales orders are processed adhering to the Sales Order Acceptance Procedure. All anomalies to be followed, chased and resolved within timescales working with internal departments.
