What You’ll Do
- Own the customer journey from onboarding through to renewal, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate.
- Lead onboarding by guiding customers through setup, goal alignment, and success planning.
- Deliver engaging training and enablement sessions— from hands‑on workshops to tailored learning programs that build product confidence and capability.
- Monitor adoption and usage metrics, identifying opportunities for increased value and platform expansion.
- Conduct regular health checks and business reviews to ensure customer satisfaction, mitigate risks, and drive renewals.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with Product, Engineering, Support, and Commercial teams to ensure customer feedback drives continuous improvement.
- Champion customer success, ensuring Virtuoso’s technology delivers measurable impact for every client.
What You’ll Bring
Essential Experience
- Experience with quality assurance and software testing, preferably against browser‑based applications (frontend sites and business systems such as Salesforce, Dynamics 365, SAP S/4HANA).
- Experience with test automation platforms and tools, ideally low‑code or natural language‑based.
- Ability to understand quality assurance strategies and think creatively to support next‑generation test automation platforms.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to coordinate complex initiatives.
- Skilled at interpreting product usage data and translating insights into action.
- Solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), DevOps, and test automation practices.
- Proven experience in Customer Success, Enablement, or Account Management roles within a SaaS, testing, or technology environment.
- Strong understanding of software testing and quality assurance (QA) principles.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships at all levels.
- Experience delivering training and technical enablement to diverse audiences.
- A data‑driven mindset, using insights to guide customer strategy and execution.
