Presales proposing roadmaps, solution visions and value plans aligned to their business objectives. Define integration strategies, architectural patterns and governance frameworks for Workato deployments across complex enterprise clients ensuring scalability, security, and long‑term maintainability.
Lead technical discussions at all levels of the client organisation from developer and solution architect through to CIO and CEO, articulating capability, value and architectural direction with equal confidence. Support Customer Success in ongoing client engagements providing technical perspective and architectural input to drive continuous value and platform expansion.
Practice Development
Lead solution design and development producing solution blueprints, reusable components (recipes, connectors), and accelerators that raise the quality and speed of VP’s delivery practice. Drive VP’s internal R comfortable owning the full technical sales cycle, running live demos, handling objections and supporting commercial teams through to close.
Deep understanding of iPaaS‑led architecture and modern API‑driven integration ecosystems REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, event triggers and SDK. Strong grasp of enterprise architectural patterns Service Oriented Architecture, Event‑Driven Architecture and enterprise architecture disciplines.
Ability to lead and influence at a senior level, guiding technical teams, shaping client strategy and earning trust at CIO level. Excellent communication and presentation skills – comfortable explaining complex architectural concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences. Strong and proven demonstration skills. Experience troubleshooting complex technical issues across integration environments.
Highly Desirable
- Existing relationships within the Workato partner or vendor ecosystem.
- Experience building or contributing to an SI practice, developing reusable IP, accelerators, or delivery frameworks.
- Familiarity with adjacent automation and AI tooling, RPA, IDP, agentic AI frameworks, or enterprise AI platforms.
- TOGAF certified or equivalent enterprise architecture recognition.

In your first year, you will have established yourself as the go‑to Workato authority at Virtuoso Partners, owning the presales motion, running a consistently high‑quality demo practice and playing a meaningful role in at least two significant client wins. You will be the person clients ask for by name and the person our commercial team relies on to turn technical conversations into closed deals.
