We are recruiting an experienced and driven Children's Home Registered Manager to lead a Children's home in Redwood, Loughborough. We are committed to providing the quality of care that will accomplish this. Our residential care home is for children and young people aged 7 to 17 years old, and our focus is centred on the needs of the child.
Meeting the challenge: Behaviour that challenges is often the result of earlier life trauma. Children and young people need us to understand that their behaviour is a communication of need; we will be patient in understanding and not give up.
Keeping it positive: All our children and young people will be respected - we support and help them build safe and appropriate attachments and relationships with others.
It's the individual: Children and young people will be seen as individuals, and how they are cared for and supported will reflect that.
Making it happen: Successful outcomes depend absolutely on the quality of our people. We demand a high level of commitment from our team, with an emphasis on experience, qualifications, and training to guide their professional development.
Medium-term to long term: We will support children through permanency to stay with us for as long as we can meet their needs and as long as they are able to.
