Role Description
The Intellectual Property Litigator will manage a caseload of contentious IP matters, including trade mark, copyright, design right, patent-related disputes, and trade secrets, from initial assessment through from start to finish.
Qualifications
- Qualified solicitor or barrister with demonstrable experience in intellectual property litigation, ideally including trade mark, copyright, design right, and trade secrets.
