In close relation with our video game production teams and in an international environment, you will be tasked with leading a QA Team on a key project in Shanghai. Spending time hands-on, providing leadership by example.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting in the growth and development of the team members.
- Participating in trainings, reviews, and evaluations.
- Working with producers and other stakeholders to define testing plans and processes (both for embedded Dev QA and external General QA).
- Working hands-on with QA teams to ensure quality of deliverables and thoroughness of testing coverage.
- Proactively contributing to development and deployment of QA tools.
- Ensuring excellent communication, positive working relationships and teamwork within the development.
