About The Position

Virtuos is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and skilled Content Marketing Specialist to assist our Content Marketing team. This role involves creating compelling, B2B and sales enablement content that promotes our services, showcases our projects, and supports business development through impactful storytelling. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator with a strong grasp of the gaming and technology industries, capable of crafting service- and product-related content that resonates with both internal and external audiences across multiple channels. As part of a global Content Marketing team, this role requires effective collaboration across time zones to ensure alignment and timely project delivery. The position offers a hybrid working arrangement, combining remote work with on-site collaboration as needed, supporting both flexibility and team connectivity.

Responsibilities

  • Create and produce diverse B2B marketing content including case studies, pitch decks, social media posts, event materials, videos, website articles, and other sales enablement collateral that highlight Virtuos’s services and capabilities.
  • Develop project- and product-focused stories that demonstrate the impact and innovation behind Virtuos’s work in game development and art production.
  • Partner with Production, Business Development, and other internal teams to translate complex service offerings into clear, engaging narratives that drive awareness and client interest.
  • Manage and track featured game projects that best showcase Virtuos’s expertise, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of upcoming game releases and marketing approvals.
  • Refresh and optimize existing marketing content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment with business objectives.
  • Prepare client-facing materials for review and approval, ensuring compliance with confidentiality agreements and company policies.
  • Adapt messaging and tone effectively across different platforms and channels — from digital campaigns to presentations and thought leadership pieces.
  • Execute content projects independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating strong initiative and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Handle confidential and NDA-protected materials with professionalism and discretion.
  • Think creatively beyond briefs to develop purposeful content that aligns with strategic marketing and sales goals.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or a related field.
  • 5–7 years of professional experience in content marketing, B2B marketing, or product marketing, ideally within the gaming, technology, or creative services sectors.
  • Proven track record of creating sales enablement and B2B content such as service spotlights, case studies, and project features.
  • Strong storytelling ability with experience crafting content that bridges creative, technical, and commercial perspectives.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English with excellent communication and copywriting skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables.
  • Familiarity with the gaming industry, including awareness of new releases, trends, and key players.
  • Experience working with confidential and NDA-protected content.
  • Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional, global teams.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality, brand-consistent content.

Desirable

  • Experience with content management systems, marketing automation tools, or CRM platforms.
  • Background in project management or content strategy.
  • Passion for gaming, game development, and the evolving tech landscape.
  • Understanding of B2B marketing funnels and multi-channel engagement strategies.
