Our UK client is seeking a proactive and results-driven Marketing Project Manager to lead and coordinate their marketing initiatives. This role will serve as the central point for coordinating marketing initiatives, ensuring projects run smoothly from start to finish. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to align marketing efforts with business goals and drive measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to generate leads and support business growth.
  • Manage and optimize existing marketing channels, while identifying new opportunities to expand reach and engagement.
  • Oversee the rebuild of the company website, managing timelines, budgets, and deliverables with external web developers and designers.
  • Ensure the website and all landing pages are regularly updated and optimized for performance and conversion.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and contractors to create and update marketing collateral, presentations, and promotional materials.
  • Track and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Manage event planning and execution for company-hosted live events, ensuring brand consistency and effective lead capture.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing coordination, campaign management, or project management roles.
  • Proven ability to plan and deliver marketing projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (email, paid media, social media, SEO, and web).
  • Experience managing external agencies, contractors, or freelancers.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Analytical mindset with experience tracking KPIs and reporting results.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience overseeing website rebuilds or marketing technology projects is highly advantageous.
  • Event planning experience is a plus.
