We are seeking a highly experienced and passionate Digital Marketing Specialist to manage, optimize, and report on various digital campaigns. This role is crucial for supporting the current client base and contributing to new business initiatives. Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Management: Build, optimize, and manage digital campaigns across multiple platforms including Google, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Content & Creative Strategy: Write compelling copy lines and copy documents. Advise on optimal image and video creative for ads to drive the best results.
  • Tracking & Analytics: Implement and manage tracking solutions using Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
  • Performance Optimization: Analyze campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and proactively amend strategies to maximize results.
  • Reporting: Build weekly reporting decks for client meetings, discussing campaign details and optimization efforts.
  • Website Analysis (Bonus): Ability to analyze user journeys on client websites, identify conversion roadblocks, and advise on improvements (e.g., heat maps, form optimization, website structure).

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience working in the digital landscape.
  • In-depth understanding of Google PPC, including ad building and campaign optimization.
  • Proficiency in building and optimizing Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat campaigns.
  • Expertise in Google Tag Manager (GTM) for building tags and triggers.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) for reporting, conversion tracking, and custom report building.
  • Ability to connect campaigns to websites, understanding all touchpoints from ad impression to website conversion.
