As a 180 Recruiter specialising in creative, digital, and marketing roles, you’ll be responsible for candidate generation, engagement, and delivery across the UK e‑commerce talent market. You’ll focus on building strong candidate pipelines and relationships. Key Responsibilities
- Source, attract, and engage high‑quality candidates across creative, digital and marketing roles within the UK e‑commerce sector.
- Manage the full candidate life‑cycle: initial sourcing, qualification and interview preparation, through to offer management and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate talent pool through proactive networking, headhunting, and database management.
- Write compelling job adverts and candidate marketing content to attract the best talent.
- Use recruitment tools, job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and innovative sourcing techniques to target both active and passive candidates.
- Provide candidates with industry insights, career advice and guidance to position the company as a trusted recruitment partner.
- Maintain accurate records and activity updates in the ATS/CRM system.
Essential
- Previous experience in recruitment, resourcing or talent acquisition (agency or in‑house).
- Strong knowledge of creative, digital or marketing roles – ideally within the e‑commerce or tech sector.
- Confident in candidate engagement, relationship‑building and influencing.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to tailor approach for creative professionals.
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple roles and priorities at once.
- Tech‑savvy with experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and ATS/CRM systems.
- Self‑starter with a proactive mindset, able to take initiative and deliver results without constant direction.
