Node.JS, TypeScript, senior engineers needed for a Greenfield build digitalizing the Wealth & Investment Management process for High Net Worth individuals. This is a great opportunity to get involved very early, in building a Greenfield Trading & Investment Application.
Part of a core “SWAT” engineering team you will be involved in the initial solution design and development groundwork for in-house developed applications which power the different offerings, asset classes and Investment opportunities for end clients. This platform will be a Greenfield, API, data rich platform, that will provide technology to all the different other tech teams that offer clients; Investment advice, Risk portfolio’s, FX transfer, Fixed Income & FX Trading. The firm are using full stack JS to build the platform, TypeScript, Node.Js & React.

Skills needed
- You have a strong background in back-end Node.JS engineering, in which you demonstrated an eagerness to expand your set of skills and learn new technologies and you will have demonstrated the ability to build scalable backend architectures.
- You can clearly articulate what good looks like in software engineering, and describe how you help teams achieve it. You identify opportunities for improvement, in technology, tooling, quality control, and process, and execute on these.
- You have strong hands on engineering skills in the core technical stack: TypeScript/Node.js/Kafka.
