Our client is looking for a C# .NET Engineer for a 6-month rolling project, working at a leading Cross Asset Trading and Broking house. This client deals in both physical and non-physical commodities as well as acting as a risk manager for their clients\’ wealth. They have recently decided to expand and set up a new FX trading arm for the business, the key similarities between FX and physical commodities have made the move instinctive for our client.
This has resulted in the need for this C# developer to join them as they set up a new Digital hub within the company. This developer will be focused on the BACK END exclusively and come into the team as an established FX specialist developer as well as leading and up-skilling peers around them in the domain knowledge on FX.
This C# .NET role will require previous experience in microservices architecture, Real-Time systems, strong SQL server, and containerisation through docker.
Having previous commercial experience in the FX Trading space is going to be essential for this role.

As a member of the FX trading team, you\’ll be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering production software as well as contributing to the wider technical architecture. This role requires a good communicator, someone who has experience facing off to the business in Financial Services companies, who can face off to traders and operations directly.
