A global Asset Manager is looking for a Visual Designer to take full ownership of a high-profile digital project: the complete redesign and rebuild of their corporate website. This role will sit under the Brand Design Lead and focus on expanding an advanced design system for web applications. You\’ll work alongside Product Designers, Developers, and Corporate Affairs to deliver a cohesive, design-led experience for users.
You’ll be leading the visual and UX strategy for the site—reviewing what\’s been done, interviewing internal stakeholders, refining user journeys, and owning the rollout of a new design approach built on a headless React architecture. The current design system is in Figma , but it needs to be developed and extended specifically for web.
This is a fast-paced environment requiring someone who is not only visually strong but also comfortable navigating complex design systems and collaborating with technical teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the visual and user experience of the corporate website
- Expand and evolve an existing Figma-based design system to support a headless React front end
- Partner with internal teams (Product, Engineering, Corporate Affairs) to define and meet business needs
- Work closely with developers (React, Wordpress-to-headless migration in progress)
- Bring a strong graphic design foundation , with the ability to translate that into functional, web-first design
- Participate in research and stakeholder interviews to guide visual and UX decisions
Must-Have Skills:
- Strong visual design portfolio – ideally showcasing websites across sectors (finance, B2B, retail, etc.)
- Deep experience working within and extending sophisticated design systems (Figma required)
- Ability to translate complex data and tables into intuitive web interfaces
- Technical understanding of web design and front-end development workflows (React familiarity a plus)
- Experience working cross-functionally with developers and product teams
- Solid foundation in graphic design and motion/visual editing
This is a high-visibility role that demands creativity, structure, and a sharp eye for detail. If you\’re passionate about building world-class digital experiences and want to drive the web presence of a global financial brand, we’d love to hear from you.
Interviews will begin asap.
