Senior Product Designer | General Financial Service | London, Hybrid | Up to £100k + Bonus A leading global financial services firm is seeking a Senior Product Designer who will define and drive the design vision across a multi‑platform product portfolio, ensuring a cohesive, high‑quality user experience. You will translate complex financial and trading requirements into intuitive user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and visually refined interfaces, collaborating closely with product, engineering, data, and compliance teams to align solutions with business, technical, and regulatory needs. Key Responsibilities Improve end‑to‑end product design across a varied portfolio of projects, from discovery through to delivery, including user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity UI. Work closely with senior stakeholders and users to gather requirements, conduct UX research, and identify opportunities for improvement across multiple platforms. Translate financial and operational requirements into clear, intuitive experiences including standard data‑heavy interfaces such as tables, dashboards, and charts, as well as more complex AI‑related design work. Maintain and evolve the organisation’s Figma‑based design system, ensuring consistency across products and aligning with best practices. Advocate for modern design thinking while working within the context of older, legacy systems, helping steer transformation and influence ways of working. Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and cross‑functional teams to ensure solutions are technically feasible, user‑focused, and aligned with business goals.
