They are seeking a Product Manager to join their London office and take a central role in shaping the future development of internal tools and platforms. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to understand customer needs and translate them into clear priorities for the product and engineering teams, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and vision.

This role involves driving customer-focused, data-driven product design, expanding and enhancing the product offering, and helping to foster a culture of innovation. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing product requirements
  • Conducting analysis
  • Overseeing the delivery of solutions across multiple teams
  • Providing application support, user testing, and training to ensure successful adoption and maximum impact of the tools developed.

Salary: Up to £85,000 per annum

Key Skills:

  • Over 6 years of experience in product management, with proven ability to advocate for both product strategy and user experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience developing products within shipping or maritime solutions.
  • A genuine passion for creating outstanding products through continuous experimentation, iteration, and optimisation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with excellent attention to detail in both analysis and written work.
  • Good knowledge of agile methodologies and best practices in product development.
