One of our clients is currently seeking an Openlink Endur Business Analyst for an exciting contract opportunity within the Energy Trading sector. This Business Analyst role is perfect for someone who has a deep understanding of energy trading, operations, and market dynamics, and has previously worked in the fast-paced environment of energy trading.
For this role, having a strong understanding and experience working with ETRM systems is essential, as the role requires someone who is confident with ETRM configurations. It is essential to have experience with the Openlink Endur ETRM.
ETRM configuration includes:
- Product onboarding
- Curve set up
- P&L
- Complex pricing
- Trade capture
- Power curves
- Data integration
The role will involve working across the business globally and helping with the customization of the systems for specific stakeholder needs, as well as configuring and growing out new products. Strong communication skills with offshore stakeholders are key, and good documentation skills are essential for working with the engineers doing the development.
The Openlink Endur Business Analyst contract: Hybrid working (3 days in London).
Key ETRM Business Analyst Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the Physicals or Derivatives Energy Trading domain.
- Strong background in Energy Trading and familiarity with trading platforms.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with ETRM systems.
- Experience with product onboarding, curve set-up, complex pricing, trade capture, valuations, P&L.
- Identifying improvements in existing processes/products.
- Building long-term sustainability through documentation.
- Configuration and customization of the Openlink Endur systems, including product template definition, custom code development & troubleshooting.
- Working alongside the front office and risk teams to understand requirements.
- Conducting training sessions for end users and technical staff on system functions and best practices.
