We are partnered with a smaller Energy Trading firm in London currently undergoing 15+ greenfield projects and need someone to take the project on autonomously and build from scratch. You will not be required to attend meetings, but will deal directly with C‑Level and Heads of Engineering, with no team management responsibilities. This engineer will take requirements from the POC created by the business, prototype them, and resolve any issues that arise. This includes working with existing internal tooling code that needs fixing before production. The work is greenfield, allowing you to deliver high‑impact results from day one on the latest projects the business prioritizes. It is an opportunity to take on AI‑focused work, helping to transform how it is used within the business to make a real difference in day‑to‑day products. Please note that trading experience is not required. What we need are builders who can critique the code if necessary, fix it, and produce something unique.
Required Skills
- Python and C# background (primary skill set may be either language)
