We are partnered with an energy trading client and are looking for a Backend Developer with strong Node.js experience to help build an event‑driven, AI‑enabled platform.
Responsibilities
- Scope, build, and deploy the Enterprise Utilities Platform.
- Release and maintain the AI tooling system for the business, ensuring scalable event‑driven architecture.
- Collaborate with AI/ML engineers to integrate predictive pricing calculations and AI tooling across the trading platform.
- Work closely with stakeholders and business teams to deliver scalable solutions.
- Implement event‑driven architecture, idempotency, and observability best practices.
Qualifications
- Strong experience with Node.js.
- Deep understanding of event‑driven architecture, idempotency, observability, and scalability.
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and an interest in integrating AI into trading solutions.
