We're looking for Senior Java Developers to join a client of mine to support the ongoing evolution of a large-scale platform transformation. You’ll be part of a collaborative engineering team delivering modern and scalable SaaS solutions. This role offers the opportunity to influence the technical direction of a major SaaS transformation programme, modernising legacy capabilities while delivering new platform.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Java Developer on the project, you’ll work end-to-end on business-critical applications, building scalable solutions with Java 17–21 and Spring Boot, alongside modern front-end tech including Angular and Flutter. The role involves developing REST APIs, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment, and helping balance innovation with stability as the platform continues to evolve.

Skills
- Strong commercial experience with Java (17–21)
- Solid experience using Spring Boot 3.x
- Working knowledge of Angular 16/17
- Experience working with Flutter / Dart
- Experience building RESTful APIs
- Comfortable working with JSON and Excel data formats
- Strong grasp of Object-Oriented design and SOLID principles
- Confident communicator with a growth mindset
- SQL / relational database experience
- Ability to influence technical direction and architectural decisions
- Experience working in large, evolving enterprise platforms
