Our client is looking for a Senior QA Engineer to work on live, business‑critical systems within the front office team. This is a hands‑on role where you will be working directly with the team leads, BAs and Business stakeholders. This is a hands‑on QA role with a strong focus on test automation, alongside manual testing where it makes sense. The environment is fast‑moving and quality really matters — most changes go straight into live systems. There’s also scope to influence testing strategy, tooling and process, and to mentor more junior QAs. Having prior experience working in the energy trading domain is advantageous but not essential; you will need experience in regulated / financial services environments.
Key Experience & Responsibilities
- UI and API testing
- Manual testing to support full coverage
- Working closely with developers in C# and React environments
- Regression testing and defect management
- Agile / Kanban ways of working
6 months rolling contract
