A Change Coordinator is required to support a major IT and business transformation programme, working closely with the Senior Business Change Lead to ensure change activity is well-planned, well-communicated and effectively embedded. The Change Coordinator role is fast-paced where strong organisation, clear communication and confident stakeholder engagement are essential.
As the Change Coordinator, you will:
- Manage and maintain core change artefacts—including plans, readiness assessments, RAID logs and comms trackers—ensuring everything is accurate and aligned to programme milestones.
- Support governance, reporting and stage gate reviews, helping the programme stay structured and on track.
- Coordinate key meetings and working groups, preparing agendas and materials, capturing actions and decisions, and ensuring follow-up happens.
- Support programme communications, drafting clear updates and translating technical information into accessible messaging for impacted audiences.
- Help facilitate workshops and engagement sessions, gather feedback, surface risks and support Change and Training Leads with day-to-day delivery across a multi-workstream environment.
The Change Coordinator will bring:
- Strong organisational skills, experience supporting business change or transformation, and excellent written and verbal communication.
- Confidence in group discussions is important, and experience with methodologies like Prosci/ADKAR, workshop facilitation or tools such as Microsoft 365, Jira or Confluence is beneficial.
- Above all, the Change Coordinator will be detail-driven, structured and proactive.
