Business Analyst with extensive experience in Salesforce is required for a Wealth Management house. With their continued growth and onboarding new clients, they now aim to deliver an external Digital Onboarding journey for their clients. This BA will work within the Change Team on the full Project lifecycle covering business requirements analysis, functional specification of changes, testing as required and support of UAT.
As the Business Analyst, you will be needed to deliver Change to a high standard, in particular giving consideration to Business Readiness and Go Live implementation. As well as translating user requirements into recognised documentation formats, including specifications, user stories, workflows, and secure stakeholder signoffs. As a Business Analyst you should also draw on your previous experience within the Salesforce tech stack to demonstrate good Business Analyst outcomes and deliverables.
Details for the Business analyst :
This role can pay up to £120,000
3 days per week in the office
Based in Liverpool Street
Salesforce knowledge/implementation, Jira and Confluence, Proficiencies in/but not limited to Visio, Draw.io, Miro. Scrum or Kanban experience.
Knowledge Requirements: Strong experience in Wealth / Asset / Investment Management, understanding the processes, workflow and deal lifecycle
Responsibilities of this Business Analyst with specific experience include carrying out data analysis by identifying sources, gap analysis, requirements for migration and integration to new or existing systems. In turn drive evaluation of complex workflows and processes through advanced visualisation and stakeholder communication, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and compliance or regulatory standards.
Key responsibilities required for the Business Analyst include:
- Capture, define, prioritise, document and explain business requirements based on project or business objectives and outcomes.
- Lead and facilitate meetings and workshops and confidently present to key stakeholders.
- Identify operational impacts and support operational readiness activities to ensure change is embedded successfully.
- Work with development teams to ensure business requirements are successfully translated into technical requirements.
- Work in alignment with testing colleagues to define test scope and strategy and support with test execution where required
Essential experience of the Business Analyst include:
- Experience implementing Salesforce in a wealth / asset / investment management firm.
- Proficiency in visualisation tools such as Visio, Draw.io, Miro to document business processes and client journeys.
- Experience working in Agile delivery teams using Scrum or Kanban, including participation in different Scrum ceremonies.
- Proven ability to facilitate stakeholders in drawing out clear and unambiguous requirements.
