My client who are an established wealth manager in the heart of London are seeking an experienced, hands-on Business Analyst to enhance their Change Team’s capability as a strategic asset. With a busy portfolio covering system implementations, regulatory changes, and a digital transformation program, this role is integral to driving high-quality change initiatives across both technology and business processes.

The ideal candidate will be proactive and pragmatic, balancing rigor with adaptability in a dynamic environment. Strong stakeholder engagement across both business and technology teams is crucial, fostering collaboration and alignment. The successful candidate will bring an organised and proactive approach, continuously adding value to the team while developing their business knowledge. They will also identify opportunities for process automation and optimisation, leveraging their expertise to recommend and implement effective solutions. Ultimately, this role is suited for someone with a track record of delivering successful change initiatives and a commitment to enhancing business analysis standards and practices.

Salary – up to £100,000 per annum

Located – in Central London, Hybridworking model with 3 days per week in the office. Located near Liverpool Street / Moorgate / Bank Station

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience in financial services, banking, or wealth management, with the ability to facilitate stakeholders in defining clear and focused requirements.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to break down complex problems and communicate them effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in tools like Visio, Draw.io, or Miro to map business processes, workflows, and client journeys clearly.
  • Hands-on experience working in Agile teams (Scrum or Kanban), participating in key ceremonies, and using tools such as Jira and Confluence.
  • Excellent planning, organisation, and interpersonal skills, with a proactive, self-starting approach and the ability to drive tasks through to completion.
