My client, a multinational firm specialising in commercial real estate and investment, is collaborating with a major global organisation on several of their sites. This project focuses on the maintenance, monitoring, and optimisation of a Building Management System (BMS) to ensure the efficient operation of building services and environmental controls.
The role involves performing both scheduled and reactive maintenance, identifying and resolving system issues, and implementing enhancements to improve performance and ensure compliance with regulations. It also requires working closely with clients, site management, and technical teams to maintain smooth operations and support the integration of smart systems and IoT devices.
Strong knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS), particularly Tridium and EasyIO.
- Experience with BMS communication protocols such as BACnet and Modbus.
- Understanding of mechanical and electrical building services, with fundamental IT networking knowledge.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve system faults.
