We're looking for Senior Java Developers to join a client of mine to support the ongoing evolution of a large‐scale platform transformation. You'll be part of a collaborative engineering team delivering modern and scalable SaaS solutions.

This role offers the opportunity to influence the technical direction of a major SaaS transformation programme, modernising legacy capabilities while delivering new platform

What You'll Be Doing

As a Java Developer on the project, you'll work end‐to‐end on business‐critical applications, building scalable solutions with Java 17–21 and Spring Boot, alongside modern front‐end tech including Angular and Flutter. The role involves developing REST APIs, collaborating closely with cross‐functional teams in an Agile environment, and helping balance innovation with stability as the platform continues to evolve.

Skills

• Strong commercial experience with Java (17–21)

• Solid experience using Spring Boot 3.x

• Working knowledge of Angular 16/17

• Experience working with Flutter / Dart

• Experience building RESTful APIs

• Comfortable working with JSON and Excel data formats

• Strong grasp of Object‐Oriented design and SOLID principles

• Confident communicator with a growth mindset

• SQL / relational database experience

• Ability to influence technical direction and architectural decisions

• Experience working in large, evolving enterprise platforms
