An Agile Project Manager is needed to join a high-impact transformation programme who provide high-quality solutions focused on energy efficiency to create compliant homes with a nationwide reach and playing a vital role in the decarbonisation in social housing. Focused on scalable delivery, Agile maturity, and platform enhancement across customer-facing operations.
As the Agile Project Manager, you will be a confident, results-driven Agile Project Manager who can lead the delivery of high-impact projects using structured Agile methodologies. The Agile Project Manager will have hands-on experience running Agile sprints, managing delivery teams in JIRA, and working at pace in dynamic environments. As Agile Project Manager, you will:
Lead and facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives—maintaining focus on delivery velocity, sprint goals, and backlog health. Plan and execute projects using structured Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe, ensuring control over timelines, deliverables, and dependencies.
The Agile Project Manager will have strong JIRA expertise, manage boards, workflows, dashboards, and reporting to enable accurate tracking of progress and blockers. The Agile Project Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders across technical and business teams, providing clear and timely updates while escalating risks where needed. The Agile Project Manager role involves motivating and aligning cross-functional teams—including developers, analysts, testers, and product owners—to meet sprint and release goals. The Agile Project Manager will maintain delivery momentum by removing blockers quickly and making informed, pragmatic decisions.
