We are seeking an ambitious, highly organised, and aesthetically driven Social Media Manager to own and execute our social media strategy. This is a hands‑on, high‑impact role. You will translate the Virtue Vets brand into consistently exceptional social media content across digital platforms. You will work directly with the CMO and marketing team in a high‑autonomy role, with exposure to all aspects of building a modern luxury brand. Being a pet owner is a major plus. You must immerse yourself in the business and understand how vet clinics operate and why we are different.
Prior Experience
You must have held an SMM role before at a premium direct‑to‑consumer business: high‑end gyms, spas, aesthetic clinics, hospitality, hotels, luxury goods and experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy and Planning – develop and implement social media strategies that align with company goals, including setting up content calendars.
- Content Creation & Editing – create, edit, and publish daily content, including text, images, and videos (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn). You must make your own covers, captions and subtitles.
- Community Management – engage with followers by replying to comments, messages, and mentions to foster relationships and handle customer service.
- Analytics & Reporting – track key performance metrics (ROI, engagement rates, reach) to analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies.
- Trend Monitoring & Strategy Adjustment – stay up to date with the latest social media trends, platform updates and viral content, adapting the brand's approach accordingly.
- Paid Social Advertising – often manage paid ad campaigns (e.g., Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) to increase reach and conversions.
- Brand Protection – maintain consistent brand identity (branding, tone) across all platforms to ensure a positive brand image.
- Events – actively participate in marketing events capturing content.
