Role Description
We are looking for a Client Acquisition Specialist (Memberships) to represent Virtue Vets in London. You will be the friendly face of our brand, helping potential clients learn about our services and encouraging them to experience our clinics.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Engaging with the public in busy areas, parks, and at local events to introduce Virtue Vets and our services.
- Providing information to potential clients and assisting with sign-ups.
- Conducting tours of our clinics for interested clients.
- Supporting occasional in-clinic administrative tasks, including answering client inquiries and helping with simple office duties.
- Assisting the team during promotional events and community initiatives.
