- Join a high-performing, ambitious team
- Direct influence on client experience and business growth
- Significant career progression as we scale
The Role
We are seeking an ambitious, highly organised, and aesthetically driven Brand Standards Manager to own and execute brand standards across the business. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for an operator who understands premium service environments and delivers through execution. You will translate the Virtue Vets brand into consistently exceptional experiences across our clinics, digital platforms, and every client touchpoint.
This is not a desk role. You will be in our clinics, on the ground, ensuring standards are upheld and continuously improved. You will work directly with the Founder and CMO in a high-autonomy role, with exposure to all aspects of building a modern luxury brand.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Standards & Clinic Experience
- Own and enforce brand standards across all clinics and touchpoints
- Take full accountability for brand standards across every clinic
- Ensure excellence in clinic presentation—neatness, cleanliness, aesthetics, and overall environment
- Manage physical assets and fixtures to ensure consistency and quality
- Own the in-clinic sensory experience, including music, scent, and atmosphere
- Oversee how the brand is expressed across marketing materials and events
Audits & Continuous Improvement
- Conduct regular audits to ensure every clinic consistently meets standards
- Identify gaps and implement improvements quickly and effectively
- Continuously refine and elevate brand standards as the business scales
Training & Capability Building
- Deliver brand standards training across all teams
- Ensure all team members complete and adhere to brand training
- Train and support Client Acquisition Managers on how to engage, convert, and register clients
- Develop and maintain a library of training videos, playbooks, and role-play exercises
- Train and retrain teams until standards are consistently embedded
Coaching & Performance Management
- Coach team members through direct feedback and performance conversations
- Drive accountability and ensure standards are consistently upheld in practice
Collaboration & Execution
- Work closely with clinic, marketing, and leadership teams to uphold standards
- Organise and actively participate in marketing and community events
What We’re Looking For
- Operational Excellence: Extremely organised and detail-driven. You are as comfortable in spreadsheets as you are with aesthetics. You understand that a brand is a business first.
- Hands-On Execution: This is not a role for someone who prefers to sit behind a laptop. You are present, in-clinic, and focused on delivery.
- Leadership: You lead from the front—hands-on, accountable, and setting the standard through your own execution.
- Ownership: You are ultimately responsible for standards across all clinics. You do not require hand-holding. You are self-motivated, proactive, and driven by outcomes.
- Coaching Ability: You know how to influence, coach, and elevate teams through direct feedback and training.
- Agility: You operate effectively in a fast-moving environment where roles are fluid and problem-solving is constant.
- Energy & Precision: High energy with exceptional attention to detail. You care about the small things—and get them right.
- Standards: You have an uncompromising approach to quality, consistency, and execution.
- Relevant Experience: 4+ years’ experience in premium service environments is essential (luxury hotels, spas, gyms, salons, members’ clubs). Experience with leading brands such as Third Space or Townhouse is preferred.
- Commercial Awareness: You understand premium service environments and how to balance aesthetics with operational performance.
