The ideal candidate will oversee projects from bidding to execution. You will work with senior management and act as the point of contact for clients. We are looking for a strong construction/fitouts project manager who can also manage site/facilities maintenance and run a tight ship. Procurement and contracts management experience is a plus.

Responsibilities:
- Deal with all physical and real estate aspects of a small business with multiple retail sites
- Keep retail clinic fitout projects on track and accelerate pace where possible
- Focus on cost control and cost reduction
- Manage individual delegated tasks to completion
- Manage fitout contractors and construction crew on a daily basis, removing roadblocks
- Manage installation/maintenance engineers, facilities service providers and cleaners
- Coordinate equipment vendors and suppliers
- Manage logistics, storage, shipping and receiving
- Handy and can assemble furniture and equipment, and make quick maintenance fixes
- Should be able to lend a hand to do occasional heavy lifting (physically moving things)
- Should be comfortable with commonly used office software apps (e.g. Word, Excel, Email, WhatsApp, Physical Asset Management Software)
- Should be comfortable with online purchasing and e-commerce for procurement of equipment and supplies
