The Front of House (FOH) is responsible for delivering an exceptional client experience at Virtue Vets. This role ensures smooth day-to-day clinic operations, effective client communication, and supports both clinical and commercial performance through proactive engagement and organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Communication: Manage all client interactions across phone, WhatsApp, and email, ensuring timely, professional, and friendly responses.
  • Clinic Operations & Checklists: Ensure completion of all daily clinic checklists including opening, closing, and cleaning procedures.
  • Clinic Environment: Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation across the clinic, including supervising external cleaning providers when applicable.
  • Client Engagement & Walk-ins: Proactively engage with walk-in clients, welcome visitors, initiate conversations, and create a warm, inviting atmosphere.
  • Appointment Management: Oversee and optimise the daily appointment schedule, ensuring efficiency, minimising gaps, and maximising clinic capacity.
  • System Coordination: Ensure accurate alignment between Rota and systems in relation to staffing and scheduling.
  • Sales & Service Promotion: Support upselling initiatives, promoting memberships, follow-up treatments, and relevant products to clients.
  • Team Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with the clinical team, ensuring awareness of delays, schedule changes, and operational updates.
