The Role

We are seeking an ambitious, highly organised, and aesthetically driven Brand Standards Manager to own and execute brand standards across the business. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for an operator who understands premium service environments and delivers through execution. You will translate the Virtue Vets brand into consistently exceptional experiences across our clinics, digital platforms, and every client touchpoint. This is not a desk role. You will be in our clinics, on the ground, ensuring standards are upheld and continuously improved. You will work directly with the Founder and CMO in a high-autonomy role, with exposure to all aspects of building a modern luxury brand.
