Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer in Milton Keynes

Overview Maintenance Engineer role within a leading FMCG manufacturing group. Based in Milton Keynes with a 3 on/3 off shift pattern (days and nights). Salary: £59,000 + Pension + Benefits.Responsibilities Reactive and preventative maintenance on canning and bottling lines, including equipment such as Tetra Pak, 2 Krones canning lines, and a Krones PET line.Work with Siemens fault finding and advanced PLC systems and automated machinery.Contribute to ongoing technical development to support longer-term career prospects within the group.Collaborate with the engineering team (30 staff: 1 team leader and 3 engineers per shift) to maintain production lines and support capacity improvements.Qualifications Apprentice Trained Engineer in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.Experience of PLC systems and automated machinery.Understanding of PPM systems.Multi-skilled engineer; electrical bias preferred, but candidates with strong electrical skills in a mainly mechanical background will be considered.Employment details Location: Milton KeynesSeniority level: Mid-Senior levelEmployment type: Full-timeCompany Based within one of the UK\’s leading FMCG manufacturing groups.
