Salary: £49,053 + Pension + Benefits

Shift Pattern: Continental 4 on 4 off – 7‑7 2 Days & 2 Nights

Responsibilities

• Manage Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedules and coordinate with contractors.
• Work on a continental shift pattern, ensuring site needs are met around the clock.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical faults in complex systems.
• Operate and maintain PLC systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, automated machinery, motors, and drives.
• Lead mechanical point‑of‑view process improvement projects on site.
• Assist in the continuous improvement of processes within a highly focused engineering group.

Qualifications

• Apprentice‑trained electrical engineer with proven experience in PLC systems & automated machinery.
• Hands‑on experience in fault‑finding and troubleshooting electrical equipment.
• Good working knowledge of PLC, hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, drives and related control systems.
• Health & Safety awareness and adherence to industry safety standards.
• Minimum of a complete apprenticeship and a strong aptitude for engineering problem solving.
