Due to ongoing growth and company expansion, we are seeking a motivated Trainee/Junior Contracts Manager to join our team.
We’re looking for someone with experience or knowledge in the buildings insurance sector. Relevant qualifications are desirable but not essential – what matters most is a willingness to learn and a proactive approach to developing your skills.
The world of insurance building repairs is fast-paced, so strong IT skills and the ability to quickly adapt to various client portals are essential. A full UK driving licence is required, along with the ability to travel to our Peterborough HQ.
This role would suit someone currently working in the industry with a technical validation background who is eager to broaden their expertise. You’ll gain hands-on experience in building repair works, managing claims from first notification through to completion.
Key responsibilities include:
- Surveying, scheduling, and managing repair works
- Working with our in-house trades teams and a select group of trusted subcontractors
- Overseeing projects to ensure quality and efficiency
You’ll receive full training and join an established team with diverse industry experience, all committed to a strong team ethos.
