Role Description
We’re hiring a No.2 at Virtue Heating & Plumbing. Not an admin. Not just ops. We’re looking for someone who wants to take ownership, improve how we operate, and help scale the business over the next 3–5 years. You’ll work closely with the owner, be involved in key decisions, and play a real part in building something. This role isn’t for everyone - we move quickly, expect high standards, and take pride in doing things properly. But for the right person, there’s a clear path into senior leadership and potential partnership.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
- Proven experience in Business Planning and Commercial Management
- Expertise in Team Management, fostering collaboration, and leading multi-disciplinary teams
- Knowledge and experience in Contract Management, including negotiation and compliance
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment in Horley
- Experience in the heating and plumbing industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
