We're looking for confident, reliable individuals to join our team as Retail Verification Assistants. You’ll be working at a mid mall kiosk retail location in one of our busiest locations in The Harlequin Shopping Centre, Watford, approaching and helping members of the public go through a simple digital verification process using a futuristic piece of hardware. You must be willing and confident to continually approach people to get them interested in the project. You’ll guide users through a simple process, answer basic questions, and make sure they feel informed and comfortable throughout.

  • You’re confident speaking with people from all walks of life.
  • You’re comfortable using mobile apps, and basic tech.
  • You have an interest in digital technology and AI and Chat GPT is something you’re aware of.
  • Promotional experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and engage visitors at the location.
  • Guide users through the verification process using a digital device.
  • Answer basic questions and ensure a smooth, respectful experience.
  • Set up and shut down the station as needed each day.
  • Handle appointment bookings and walk‑ins.
  • Flag any technical issues or user concerns to the team lead.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Reliable, punctual, and well‑presented.
  • Tech‑savvy and confident using digital tools.
  • Able to work full or part‑time.
  • Full‑time or part‑time (minimum of 3 days per week), during retail hours shifts will vary: Mon–Sat: 9am–6:00pm, Sun: 11am–5pm (rotas will vary).
