We’re hiring confident, polished and energetic individuals to join our team at a high-profile retail kiosk in Westfield White City. This is a front-facing promotional role on a major global tech project. You’ll be the first point of contact for the public, helping visitors understand the concept, creating interest, and guiding eligible users through a simple digital verification journey using innovative hardware.
This role is ideal for someone with brand ambassador, promotional, modelling, luxury retail, events, beauty, hospitality or customer-facing sales experience who is confident approaching people and representing a premium brand in a busy retail environment.
What you’ll be doing:
- Proactively approaching and engaging shoppers in a busy mall environment
- Representing the brand in a polished, confident and professional way
- Explaining the experience clearly and answering basic questions
- Guiding users through a simple app-based verification process
- Creating a welcoming, premium and trustworthy first impression
- Managing walk-ins, light bookings and general kiosk flow
- Setting up and closing down the kiosk as required
- Escalating technical issues or customer concerns to the team lead
What we’re looking for:
- Confident, outgoing and comfortable initiating conversations with the public
- Very well presented, polished and professional in appearance and manner
- Strong communication and people skills
- Reliable, punctual and switched on
- Comfortable with mobile apps, basic tech and explaining simple digital concepts
- Ideally some background in promotions, events, beauty, luxury retail, hostessing, modelling or brand ambassador work
- Available for full-time or part-time retail shifts
Shift pattern:
- Mon–Sat: 10:00am–9:00pm (Split shifts)
- Sun: 11:00am–6:00pm
- Rotas vary.
