The Opportunity
We’re looking for an ambitious and commercially minded graduate to join our team in a varied role combining digital marketing, lead generation, AI and automation.
You will become an integral part of our Sales & Estimating team, helping to develop marketing materials, tender response collateral, sales target data and lead-generation activity, while exploring how AI and automation can improve the way we work.
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to build practical experience across marketing and emerging technology. You’ll help us attract new customers, strengthen our digital presence and explore how AI and automation can make our marketing and business processes more effective.
What You’ll Be Doing
Your responsibilities will include:
- Content creation – producing engaging content for our website, LinkedIn and marketing campaigns
- Marketing campaigns – helping plan and deliver organic and targeted campaigns
- SEO – supporting improvements to our website content and search visibility
- Lead generation & prospecting – researching target businesses, decision-makers and new opportunities
- CRM management – maintaining prospect data, tracking leads and helping improve follow-up processes
- AI & automation – using tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate and AI agents to automate workflows and improve productivity
- Marketing automation – helping connect marketing, CRM and prospecting activity
- Analytics – monitoring campaign and lead-generation performance to understand what’s working and where we can improve
- You’ll also be encouraged to explore new tools, suggest ideas and identify opportunities where AI and automation could improve the way we work.
About You
We’re looking for a recent graduate, ideally with a degree in Marketing, Business, Digital, Technology or a related subject.
You’ll be:
- Interested in digital marketing, AI and automation
- A strong written communicator with an eye for good content
- Confident using technology and learning new software
- Commercially minded and interested in how businesses generate leads and win customers
- Analytical and comfortable working with data
- Organised, proactive and able to manage different projects
- Hold a full UK driving licence and be willing to travel to sites
- Curious and willing to experiment with new ideasExperience with LinkedIn, SEO, CRM systems, Microsoft 365, Copilot, Power Automate, ChatGPT or similar AI tools is essential.
