  • Participating in a shared, separately paid on-call rota, including evenings and weekends on a rotational basis.
  • Supporting frontline care delivery where required.

What we're looking for:

  • Previous experience as a Care Coordinator, Deputy Care Manager, Field Care Supervisor, Senior Care Professional or in a similar operational care role.
  • NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or a relevant equivalent qualification, with higher-level qualifications welcomed.
  • Domiciliary care experience is strongly preferred, although suitable supported living or residential care experience will also be considered.
  • Good knowledge of care planning, safeguarding, quality assurance and relevant CQC requirements.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities independently.

  • A proactive approach to problem-solving, accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Confidence using digital care systems and learning new technology.
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a suitable vehicle for local travel.

Why consider this opportunity?

  • Make a genuine difference: Help deliver high-quality, person-centred care that supports people to remain independent in their own homes.
  • Take ownership: Contribute to operational decisions, care quality and the smooth running of the service.
  • Develop your career: Build on your existing experience and develop your leadership capabilities.
