Project Manager Responsibilities:

  • Deliver successful advisory panel platform services with AI analytics and medical intelligence platform solution.
  • Lead project kick-off meetings and client status meetings.
  • Build and communicate delivery plans with clients on how we will deliver.
  • Establish regular touch points with clients and meet regularly, i.e. weekly, to advance deliveries and hold quarterly updates on the progress of the partnerships.
  • Align and configure the platform to scientific areas of interest, capturing and sharing requirements with internal teams for platform configurations.
  • Run training sessions for the advisory engagement platform with scientific experts or patient advisors.
  • Provide pharma user training sessions for the use of the insight analytic platform.
  • Strong team player to work within a driven and dynamic operational team.
  • Provide NPS surveys at the end of each activity or quarter to participants and work on feedback to resolve/improve/accelerate what is going well.
  • Work with the client to unify broad data sets in the platform.
  • Roll out the analytics platform to wider team members to increase usage and value.

Requirements:

  • A strong drive and passion to work in life sciences and health tech.
  • An ability to remain strong to the course of timelines and delivery plans.
  • Great at multi-tasking and manage/balance conflicting workloads.
  • Exposure to analytics technologies and SaaS environment.
  • Ability to train people to use technology.
  • A quick learner and thrives off increased accountability.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
  • Track record of managing complex projects.
  • Good communication skills, including strong listening skills and presenting skills.
  • Fluency in English (Plus).
  • Pharmaceutical industry knowledge.
