A leading precision engineering company supplying high-performance sectors such as motorsport, automotive, defence and aerospace is seeking an experienced CNC Miller to join their machining team. Working with modern 3- and 5-axis CNC equipment, you will produce high-quality tooling and components to strict standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate 5-axis milling machines with Fanuc controls
  • Operate 3-axis CNC machines with Fanuc controls
  • Block up and prepare materials for machining
  • Work to production schedules set by the Shop Floor Manager
  • Maintain quality standards through in-process checks and accurate working practices
  • Ensure a safe, clean, and organised cell environment

Hours: 40 hours per week, day shift, with flexibility; no earlier start than 07:00.

Skills & Experience

  • CNC machining experience with Fanuc controllers
  • Background in pattern making or manufacturing for sectors such as automotive or motorsport highly desirable
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Proactive problem-solver with good time-management
  • Eligible to work in the UK
