Shift Pattern
Rotating shifts:
Monday to Friday:
07:30-16:30
08:00-17:00
09:00-18:00
10:00-19:00
Saturday: 08:30-14:00 (1 in 3 rotation)
Saturday weeks are adjusted to maintain 40 hours. Flexibility is essential.

Role Summary
Responsible for optimising daily schedules for a field engineer workforce to meet service levels and customer expectations. Acts as a key contact for engineers and team managers, supporting operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Maximise engineer utilisation and reduce travel time
Manage same-day planning and job prioritisation
Coordinate follow-up visits and parts ordering
Communicate effectively with internal teams and customers
Monitor job progress and resolve scheduling issues
Adapt to daily challenges and ensure resource efficiency
