The Role

  • Oversee roofing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost‑effective completion.
  • Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to facilitate smooth project execution.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and resolve any issues or delays promptly.
  • Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with plans, specifications, and industry standards.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, material orders, and site diaries.

About You

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager, preferably within the roofing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and installation techniques.
