We are currently recruiting for a Registered Manager to work in a home for children and young people with complex needs in Stoke on Trent. The home is run by an established organisation with a clear vision for the young people in their care, transparent plans for progression, and professional development for all members of staff. As Deputy Manager, you will be working closely with the Registered Manager to support your development.

What The Post Requires:
- A minimum of 5 years experience working with children and young people in residential childcare
- At least 2 years supervisory experience with staff in a children’s home
- NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People’s Workforce / Residential Childcare and Level 5 Leadership and Management
- Extensive knowledge of working with children and young people with challenging behaviour
