We’re working with a well-established estate agency, with over 30 years experience of delivering a thoughtful, professional service and exceptional client care, to recruit an experienced Sales Negotiator. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who understands the local property market, enjoys building strong relationships and is motivated by delivering results. You’ll be based in a vibrant office environment, playing a key role in the continued growth of the business while learning from highly experienced and respected professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Arranging and accompanying property viewings
  • Building and nurturing strong client relationships
  • Handling enquiries via phone and face-to-face
  • Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers
  • Managing the full sales process from offer through to completion
  • Liaising with all parties to ensure smooth transactions
  • Generating new business opportunities and future instructions
  • Delivering consistently high levels of customer service
  • Representing the business professionally at all times
  • Ensuring compliance with property legislation and industry standards
  • Managing your own diary and workload effectively

Experience in valuations and listings would be an advantage, but is not essential as full training and development support is provided.

  • Previous experience in estate agency or a strong background in sales
