We’re recruiting for 2 Sales Support Executives to join an ambitious and fast-moving company based in Milton Keynes. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in getting the detail right and wants to be part of a business where hard work, reliability and a positive attitude really matter.

Working closely with the sales team, you’ll play a key role in keeping the sales process running smoothly. From customer enquiries and quotations through to order processing, supplier liaison and progress updates, you’ll help ensure customers receive a responsive, accurate and professional service. This is a busy, hands-on role where no two days are quite the same. You’ll need to be organised, confident communicating with different people and comfortable managing multiple priorities while keeping standards high.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the sales team with day-to-day administration, customer communication and order management
  • Preparing accurate customer quotations, checking pricing, product details and availability
  • Processing orders accurately through internal systems
  • Liaising with suppliers, vendors and partners regarding pricing, stock, lead times and delivery updates
  • Tracking orders from quote through to delivery, keeping customers and colleagues informed
  • Responding to customer queries by phone and email in a helpful and professional way
  • Maintaining accurate records within CRM, ERP and internal sales systems
  • Supporting Account Managers with customer accounts, renewals and follow-up activity
  • Helping to resolve order, delivery, billing or product queries
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes and reduce errors

We’re looking for someone with previous experience in sales support, sales administration, customer service, order processing, internal sales or account support. You’ll be a confident communicator who is customer focused and proactive with strong attention to detail. You’ll also have good Microsoft Office skills and the ability to stay calm in a busy environment. Experience using CRM, ERP or order management systems would be helpful. Experience within IT, technology, software, managed services, distribution or reseller environments would be an advantage, but it’s not essential. Most importantly, you’ll be positive, reliable, eager to learn and keen to grow with the business.
